One business day. Kyle reviews each signup manually unless your institution is pre-approved. If you’re on the pre-approved list, you’re live within minutes. Faster if you sign up Monday-Thursday morning Central; Friday or weekend signups may slip to the next business day.

We do the heavy lifting:

• Every recruiter→HS-coach message is classified at send time against the NCAA D1 T&F recruiting calendar (September 1 of junior year opens direct contact). Junior pre-Sept-1, sophomores, and freshmen are flagged “restricted” in audit.
• You cannot direct-message an athlete through us — recruiter→HS-coach only.
• Three messages per recruiter→HS-coach pair per 7-day rolling window.
• 5-year audit trail of every action you take. Your compliance officer can request the full log anytime.

No. By design, the only outbound channel from a recruiter account is recruiter→HS-coach. The HS coach decides whether to forward your message to the athlete or family. This keeps every recruiter compliant without requiring you to look up every athlete’s grad year against the calendar.

Hit the bookmark icon on any athlete profile. Free tier caps at 25 athletes; Pro is unlimited. Watchlisted athletes appear in your weekly (or daily on Pro) digest with PRs and ranking moves since you last checked.

Yes — Pro and Department only. Default tags: priority, follow-up, offer made, committed elsewhere, scholarship-eligible. Create your own as you go.

Yes — Pro and Department only. Any search filter set can be exported to CSV with the columns you choose. Every export is logged in the audit trail.

For every athlete:

• Name, school, grade, gender, event(s).
• Best mark and progression by season.
• Conference and division.
• HS coach contact (when the team is claimed).

Optional, self-reported by the family (visible only when published):

• GPA (self-reported, unverified).
• ACT / SAT scores (self-reported, unverified).
• Intended major.
• Personal statement.
• Social handles.

Have them email hello@wiathlete.com from an institutional address. We provide a full CSV export of your audit trail for any date range. Turnaround: 2 business days.

They disappear from your search and from watchlist refresh. If you had them on your watchlist before they opted out, the entry stays but the digest stops surfacing their PRs. You can still send messages about them via the HS coach — that channel isn’t scoped to opt-in status.
