Why we charge recruiters, not athletes. NCSA charges families $500–3000. FieldLevel charges $400+. We think that’s backwards: athletes get free visibility, and college coaches — who have departmental budgets — pay for the tooling. Honest data, fair pricing, no algorithm tax.

Frequently asked questions
Is this NCAA-compliant?+
Yes. Every message from a recruiter to a HS coach is classified against the NCAA Division I recruiting calendar at send time and logged with an audit trail. Messages about athletes outside their eligible window are blocked. We do not facilitate direct contact between recruiters and athletes under the recruiting window — recruiter→HS-coach only.
Do you charge athletes anything?+
No. Athletes are always free. Forever. Statewide rankings, meet results, personal recap emails — all free. We only charge college coaches who use us as a power tool and HS coaches managing their programs.
What about NCAA recruiting rules across divisions?+
Division I has the strictest rules — direct athlete contact opens September 1 of the prospect's junior year. Division II and III rules are looser, but we apply the Division I window across the board as the safest common denominator. Coaches can always reach out to a HS coach about a prospect even if the athlete isn't yet eligible for direct contact.
What about FERPA?+
FERPA protects educational records (transcripts, class grades, disciplinary records). We do not collect those. Athletic performance data — times, distances, places — is directory information and FERPA-exempt. The optional GPA / test-score fields are self-reported and opt-in via the parent-managed athlete profile. Recruiters viewing those fields are audited.
Where does your data come from?+
Public results from AccuRace, AthleticLive, MileSplit, PrimeTime, and team-uploaded HyTek exports. We never scrape transcripts, GPAs, or any educational records. Athletes can opt out of recruiter discovery on their parent-managed profile.
What happens if I cancel?+
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No immediate cutoff — you keep using Pro features until the period ends. After that, your account downgrades to Free (search + 25-athlete watchlist) and your data is preserved.
